Intrabacterial drug metabolism in Mycobacterium tuberculosis KU Leuven
We will use metabolomics as a tool to study the intrabacterial drug metabolism (IBDM) in Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) and identify the pathways associated with it. Next to metabolomics, we aim to apply a genomics approach to elucidate the genes associated with IBDM.
