The central aim of this project is to investigate the extent to which overeducation is rather a temporary or a permanent problem, and if overeducation results in the crowding out of lower educated workers. This project is mainly based on the SONAR-data, which focus on the transition from school to work in Flanders.
The project aims to develop a holistic approach to sustainably support transitions of vulnerable employees to another employer. On the basis of six living labs we want to gain an insight into methodologies and models that, in the context of these transitions, can mean added value for the employees, the employers and society.
