The research group Work, Organization and Personnel Psychology (WOPP) focuses on the study of the psychological aspects of organizational change. The process of organizational change is approached at the task-related level (job insecurity, employability), interpersonal level (leadership, conflict management, negotiation) and the organizational level (change management).
