Project

Overeducation persistence and crowding out in the labour market

The central aim of this project is to investigate the extent to which overeducation is rather a temporary or a permanent problem, and if overeducation results in the crowding out of lower educated workers. This project is mainly based on the SONAR-data, which focus on the transition from school to work in Flanders.
