The project focuses mainly on sustainable careers, career management and Generation Z in the workplace. The project inquires the factors that help an individual transition successfully from education to work – and develop a sustainable career in the future. Person-organisation fit is one of the essential outcomes of this transition, which benefits both employees and their employers.
