Inthe scientific literature this process is called AdvanceCare Planning (ACP).The aim of this paper was to describe ACP inBelgian homes for the elderly. Apart from experiencesin the field and the legal framework, possibleendpoints of this process are analyzed as well asthe neccesities to introduce it.
