The article is a re-publication of our text 'Production and Reproduction in Artists’ housing' that appeared in 2015 (Spector books).It tackles our proposal for a collective Villa where 50 artists would live and work together. It addresses the historical, social and economic conditions for the development of our proposal for the city of Berlin.
