Application of Dynamic Optimization for Food Systems using Pomodoro: A Tutorial

© 2018 EUROSIS-ETI. The aim of this tutorial is to introduce the tool Pomodoro which has been developed to solve (multiobjective) dynamic optimization arising in various fields. We aim to present the user-friendliness of Pomodoro through case studies relevant to the food and brewing sector. The optimal experiment design of fed-batch bioreactor for production of baker’s yeast is considered as the tutorial case study.
