Programma netwerkorganisatie.

In this project together with Prof. Joris Voets (UGent), Koen Verhoest (UAntwerpen) and Astrid Molenveld (Erasmus University Rotterdam and UAntwerpen) jointly develop a trajectory to upscale network management skills in the Flemish government in order to improve the coordination of transversal and horizontal policies. This is done through a combination of knowledge transfer, cases, project-based working, intervision and foreign visits. Gefinancierd door de Vlaamse overheid.
