Combining family care and work with other roles you want to take on as a person is a combination endurance sport. In our approach we want to approach the bottlenecks and possible solutions for 3 sub-target groups: informal carers who are at work and already combine the two roles; informal carers who want to (re)enter the labor market and informal carers who are not looking for work (inactive people).
