We will develop an e- and mHealth intervention for overweight and obese adults to target a healthy lifestyle. By adopting a PERSONA approach, in which we match overweight and obese adults to fictional characters and consequently to a tailored version of the intervention, we aim to increase engagement and personalization. Finally, we will investigate the efficacy of the PERSONA based intervention.
