Tandem Quadrupole mass spectrometer for accurate quantitative analysis of allergens and protein modifications in foods

Tandem Quadrupole mass spectrometry is a basic tool for the quantitative analysis of specific molecules in complex matrices. The equipment will be used for proteomic research of foods, more specifically in the area of food allergens and the analysis of specific changes in proteins having an impact on food safety and food quality.
