This study investigates attitudes of mental health professionals towards persons with mental health problems, paying specific attention to stigma. Attitudes and cognitions of mental health care professionals will be compared to those of the general population and social workers who interact with people with mental problems. The different components of stigmatization will be investigated by quantitative and qualitative research methods.
