Research Centre of Labour Economics, Leuven KU Leuven
Labor economics seeks to understand the workings and dynamics of labor markets. Labor markets function by virtue of the interaction between workers and employers. Labor economics looks at the supply of labor services (employees), the demand for labor services (employers), and attempts to understand the resulting pattern of wages, employment, and income.
