Homelessness census 2023

In this project, new counts of homelessness are organized in Flanders and Wallonia. This project marks the third year of local and regional counts of homelessness in Belgium. The counts are organized in collaboration with local authorities and with a very diverse group of stakeholders and actors. The results of the censuses are communicated to a very wide audience, are picked up by the media and in the public debate and form the basis for new measures at local and regional level to prevent and combat homelessness.
