Corporate Sustainable Intrapreneurship

Employees in Flemish care and welfare sectors are strongly challenged. Digitization, the double impact of an aging population, a tight labor market, market thinking in healthcare and welfare and the quest to retain meaningful work are five core challenges that strongly influence the work of basic employees. In this project we look for answers to this question: Within a tight labor market and budgetary constraints, how can we strengthen initiative among basic employees in care and welfare, so that employees can give their work new/new/lasting meaning? This question has many possible answers. In this innovation through adaptation project, we zoom in on strengthening internal entrepreneurship within the organizational contexts of welfare and care. We use a scientifically substantiated intrapreneurship training and coaching process. In addition, we give value and direction to entrepreneurship: The integrated value model is the framework in which we stimulate entrepreneurship. With an impact on meaningful work for employees, better care for clients and sustainable value for society.ESF project CSI, powered by Taborgroep, Social Innovation Factory and Antwerp Management School
