Circumventing the Biological Obstacles of anti-inflammatory Glucocorticoid Therapy

Glucocorticoids are very popular anti-inflammatory molecules. Nevertheless, there are a number of important disadvantages that we want to aaddress with this project: the occurance of side effects, therapy resistance and the lack of knowledge about the mechanism by which these drugs function.
