Management of Azolla spp. in natural and agricaltural environments

This study investigates to what extent the water quality and structural characteristics of the wetland would affect the occurrence of Azolla at selkeh wetland (in Iran).The targeted development project focuses on Azolla filiculoides Lam. That is an exotic species in the wetland.This study presents a method for selecting the most important explanatory variables for wetland conservation, restoration and management programmes.
