Making nuclear measurements accessable for the monitoring of substances in the NORM industry. (R-2314)

This project fits within the preparation for the establishment of a spin-off in the NORM industry. Stimulated by regulators, the legislation regarding Naturally Occurring radioactive material (NORM) will in a short time be more rigorously for the non-nuclear sector. Current techniques in this case are so inaccessible, and time consuming that, in practice, few measurements can be performed. This spin-off will serve both as a measuring device as marketing consulting in this field. At the start of the XIOS spin-off, both the IPR and technology from XIOS as well as the IOF funding, will be settled into a percentage of the shares.
