Programming Technology Lab Vrije Universiteit Brussel
The Programming Technology Lab (Prog for short) is a research and teaching lab within the VUB's Department of Computer Science. From a research perspective, Prog has always been active in the broad domains of software engineering and programming language engineering. In the former domain, our research consists of designing, implementing and formalising meta level techniques that support programming and modelling activities. In the latter ...
Computer Science Technology, Ghent and Aalst Technology Campuses KU Leuven
MSEC-DistriNet is active in the domain of distributed applications with a major focus on software security technologies and software for next-generation Internet-of-Things environments. Research focuses on the design, development and analysis of advanced applications and software ecosystems, while closing the gap between academic research and industrial applications. The research group has gained expertise in many key technologies in the ...
Audio Visual Signal Processing Vrije Universiteit Brussel
The Audio-visual Signal Processing (AVSP) Lab investigates novel methods for the automated interpretation of social and affective behaviour. Research areas include social signal processing, multisensor fusion, computer vision, ubiquitous computing, and machine learning. Our expertise is mainly focused on developing automated methods to analyse social signals from verbal and non-verbal behaviour with multiple sensing modalities (e.g. ...
Electrical Engineering Technology (ESAT), Group T Leuven Campus KU Leuven

Electrical Engineering Technology (ESAT), Bruges Campus KU Leuven
The TC Electrical Engineering (ESAT), Bruges Campus is part of the M-Group (Mechatronics Group) at KU Leuven, Bruges Campus. The M-Group is focused on the growing demand, by builders and users, for machines and systems to more advanced and fully integrated mechatronic systems. Competences on mechatronics at the Bruges Campus were brought together to in a group of broad and highly complementary expertise. The M-Group addresses the rising unmet ...
Co-Design of Cyber-Physical Systems (Cosys-Lab) University of Antwerp
Management Information Systems (MIS) University of Antwerp
Peripheral Neuropathies Group University of Antwerp
Laboratory of Reproductive Genomics KU Leuven
Our group focuses on:
(1) The development of wet-lab and computational methods for single-cell multi-omics analyses –including genome, epigenome and transcriptome analyses of single cells– using microarray and next-generation sequencing technologies. We furthermore automate these methods using customised liquid handling robotics and microfluidics.
(2) The application of these methods to study the nature, rate and mechanisms of ...
