Vacuum Deposition System (ConTROL) Hasselt University
The deposition system consists of two vacuum systems connected to a glovebox so that work can be done in a protective atmosphere. A first vacuum system is used for the thermal deposition of organic materials and metals. The second vacuum chamber contains the possibility of e-beam deposition and is used for deposition of thin multilayers of metal oxides. The combination of both systems is used for the fabrication of advanced organic optoelectronics in the research and development phase.
