Project

In vivo non invasive imaging of immunotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia in mice.

The aims of this project are to test the implementation of non invasive imaging techniques to monitor tumor growth and/or elimination in an AML mouse model, as well as to test the efficacy of an autologous whole tumor cell vaccine. We will investigate if stable expression of reporter genes by murine AML cells will allow us to monitor tumor progression using bioluminescence and flowcytometry as non invasive techniques.
