Unraveling the role of PHF6 in normal T-cell development and T-cell acute leukemia

T-ALL results from malignant transformation of thymocytes. Although treatment outcome has improved, many factors contributing to T-ALL development remain unknown. Recently, PHF6 was identified as a novel tumor suppressor gene in the pathogenesis of T-ALL at our lab. The aim of this project is to investigate the cellular function of PHF6 and its role in normal T-cell and T-ALL development
