Project

Study of human lymphoid cell differentiation using gene-modified embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells from immunodeficiency patients

Pluripotent stem cells will be generated from patients with an inborn immune (T/NK) deficiency. In addition, gene modified human embryonic stem cells will be generated for lineage tracing and deletion mutants. Using these cell lines T and NK differentiation will be studied and the effect of the targeted genes on differentiation will be analyzed.
