Policy Research Centre for Housing, participation of HIVA in basic research.

The Policy Research Centre for housing is a collaboration between the KU Leuven, the University College for Sciences and Arts, the PHL University College, the University of Antwerp and OTB Research Institute of the TUDelft (the Netherlands). Researchers from distinct scientific disciplines gather data concerning Flemish housing market and housing policy and carry out scientific analyses aiming at contributing to a long term vision on Flemish housing policy. Within the part basic research HIVA is responsible for: - preparation, follow up and analysis of the Housing Survey 2012 - development of indicators for housing policy - investigating the impact and effect of housing policy - analysis of streams in and out of social housing.
