Non-invasive quantitative imaging of oxygen concentration distributions in vivo by use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)

The developed magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) method should enable us to image the oxygen concentration in tumors. This technique could be of great significance in the biologicat optimatization of cancer treatment by use of ionaizing irradiation.
