Literature survey on the methods used to estimate public expenditure on illicit drug treatment in Europe (Public expenditure on drug treatment)

The aim of this study is to summarize the methodologies to estimate public expenditures on illicit drug treatment, and to make recommendations for using the best (or at least the most feasible) method in future studies.
