Application of AI for complex separation problems

This study focuses on applying hybrid modelling techniques to model the behaviour of separation processes, giving suggestions for the hybrid model structure based on the nature of the operation. The models are designed to be used in digital twins for the process industry. The hybrid models are also applied to predict the thermodynamic behaviour of mixtures running under uncertainty.
