Project

Induction of safe but potent anti-tumour responses via lymph node focused nanoparticle-mediated immune activation

The aim of this project is to develop a nanoparticle platform that efficiently delivers tumor assoicated antigens and immuno-modulatory stimuli to dendritic cells in the draining lymph nodes. For this purpose we will combine polymer chemistry, self-assembly and bioconjugation with immunology and oncology. The ultimate goal is to obtain a potent but safe anti-cancer vaccination strategy.
