Flemish Social Protection: phase 1 - Addendum VI: Beheersovereenkomst tussen Vlaamse regering en Steunpunt Welzijn, Volksgezondheid en Gezin.

The initial phase of the project #Vlaamse Sociale Bescherming# (Flemish Social Protection) aims at describing the implications of financing home care and long term care for older persons in Flanders in the same way, based on a case-mix system. The following analyses are performed:

- Descriptive statistics for clients with BelRAI-data from VZW Zorgnetwerk Trento (long term care) and the project Som+ (home care).

- Comparison between the resource utilization (case mix) for clients in the community (SOM+) and the resource utilization of people with the same profile living in a nursing home.
