Evaluation of the ILO’s strategy and actions for creating and extending social protection floors, 2012–2017

This evaluation studied ILO’s strategy and actions for creating and extending social protection floors in the period 2012–2017. HIVA researchers of the research group sustainable development executed the assignment in cooperation with the ILO evaluation unit. This strategic exercise included all ILO activities and projects on social protection since 2012, both at country level as globally. With field work in 16 countries and a screening of, amongst others, the Flagship Social Protection Floors, the evaluation contributes to the running of one of the four main pillars of the Decent Work agenda.
