EURO-WIN - European good practices in employee participation in industrial innovation.

EURO-WIN supports the WIN-project, in which the ACV develops methods and tools, aimed at supporting and structurally embedding employee participation in industrial innovation on the Flemish company-level (support: Agentschap Ondernemen). EURO-WIN will extend this project on two points. First, it will select and analyse three European cases of "good practices" w.r.t. strategies, methods and support in the domain of employee participation in industrial innovation. Secondly, througout the project concrete guidelines and recommendations will be developed to embed social dialogue in the Flemish roadmaps on cluster-based cooperation between industry- and innovation actors.
