Characterisation and diagnostics of plant-parasitic nematodes from medicinal plants in Vietnam and biological control strategies for their sustainable management

This study investigates the diversity, abundance, and effective identification of plant-parasitic nematodes from medicinal plants in Vietnam. Endophytic bacteria will be tested and selected to increase the yield and to avoid the unnecessary use of hazardous agrochemicals. By involving
various stakeholders, this project also aims to increase awareness of nematode problems and solutions in crop protection throughout Vietnam
