Capacity building and tools for Urban Mobility Planning for Odessa City

In cooperation with the Odessa city council, a number of tools and techniques are explored, which can contribute to developing an urban traffic systtem that offers the desired accessibility within the limits and requirements of quality of life (livability). During the project some techniques are applied concerning traffic research (traffic counts) and traffic analysis (traffic modeling) and current concepts for urban traffic are discussed. Using an urban traffic model a number of future scenario for the Odessa traffic situation are analyzed.
