Project

Accurate parametric models for the efficient design of linear and nonlinear RF and microwave systems (FWOAL673)

The main objective of this project is the development of a fully automated modelling and identification techniques to build platform-independent (SPICE or Verilog-A compatible) physics-based scalable compact macro-models for complex linear and nonlinear microwave and RF components and systems. The model extraction is to be based either on full-wave electromagnetic (EM) simulations or on high-frequency measurements.
