Develop innovative somatostatin-based radiopharmaceuticals with improved versatile and highly effective chelators for diagnostic (Al18F) and therapeutic (β- and α) applications. Develop innovative somatostatin-based radiopharmaceuticals with increased tumor-to-kidney ratio using cleavable linkers between vector molecule and radionuclide. In vitro and in vivo preclinical evaluation of new radioprobes using validated NET mouse models. Implement GMP-compatible production and QC of novel diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals allowing future clinical translation
