5th Primafamed Workshop: Roles and Responsibilities of African Family Physicians

The present conference will be a follow up of the conferences in Kampala (2008) and Rustenburg (2009) on improving the quality of family medicine training in Sub Saharan Africa.

It will be a 4-day meeting focusing on definition and harmonization of the family medicine physician in African context. It will debate about the standards, roles and resposibilities of an African Family Physician. Largely, the Sout-South cooperation, sharing of experiences and materials, network building are the main pillars in these 4 days.
