Mutations in DNA double strand break repairgenes as biomarkers for breast cancer predisposition

The aim of this project is: - identification of mutations in DNA double strand break repair genes, that result in a radiosensitive phenotype and are linked to breast cancer predisposition - the development of useful predictive biomarkers to evaluate the individual breast cancer risk in a healthy female population.
