The Eurasian Economic Union: An Emerging Autonomous Legal Order?

The research is aimed at finding whether the new organization of regional integration — the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) — is an emerging autonomous legal order similar to that of the EU. The study will unpack the legal changes that accompany the creation of the EAEU and explore the possibility of effective and autonomous functioning of the EAEU.
