Employer branding: Word-of-mouth in recruitment (Employer branding)

This research project aims to significantly advance our understanding of word-of-mouth as a particular recruitment source. More specifically, it will look at the motives of employees to engage in word-of-mouth communication and show how this can be stimulated by organizations. The consequences of this recruitment technique for both the organization, employee and the potential future employee will be further analyzed.
