Development of ICT services with free software
This project's goals is to build the necessary capacity at four southern partners to implement
state-of-the-art ICT services. Two partners are located in Cuba: Universidad Central de las
Villas in Santa Clara and Granma University in Bayamo. The other two partners are located in
Ethiopia: Jimma University from Jimma and Mekelle University from Mekelle
