Sample preparation and EDX analysis on Al2O3 polyimide interfaces.
By using Focussed Ion Beam - Scanning Electron microscopy and Transmission Electron Microscopy - Energy Dispersive X-ray diffraction the interaction between Al2O3 and polyimide layers has been studied.
