Introducing PPI-iMixPro, a novel technology to characterize protein complexes

Proteins typically function in concert with other proteins and thus form larger protein complexes. Mass spectrometry is a key technology to identify the individual components of these protein complexes. In this project, differential stable isotope labeling of proteins or peptides will be used to characterize the constellation of protein complexes with higher accuracy.
