The causal influence of emotional interference in working memory on depressive symptoms
Cognitive problems are a central feature of depression. These problems might be related to impairments in the updating of affective information in working memory. This research aims to gain a better understanding of the role of these impairments, using a combination of crosssectional, prospective and experimental research designs.
