Numerical modelling and experimental validation of thermal and chemical sterilization processes applied in aseptic packaging machines

A hydrogen peroxide sterilization process at ambient condition is developed and analysed using numerical techniques and experiments. Sensors for the validation and monitoring of the sterilization process were analysed with numerical models.
