Jobplacement and -counselling with voucher (R-11496)

Research on the effects of the use of vouchers by job seekers in their search for employment. The examined effects relate to jobseekers' satisfaction and employment results and to the consequences for private and public intermediation services (eg costs, sustainability). Based on a randomized controlled trial, the results in the province of Antwerp with voucher holders are compared with a control group in Flanders.
