The potential of deep democracy in dealing with, processing and preventing abuse and trauma in religious organizations: an exploratory and action-oriented study

Firstly, this exploratory research wants to examine whether and how deep democracy as a method offers possibilities that can fruitfully guide the process of dealing with the living reality of abuse and its traumatising effects within religious organisations towards prevention and transformation.  Secondly, this preliminary study aims to investigate elements that might give rise to further (longitudinal) action-oriented research.
