Magnitude, mechanisms and clinical relevance of differences in the response to CFTR modulator in rectal organoïds from patients with CF homozygous for the F508del mutation.

Building on the organoïd biobank from Belgian patients with CF, the present study will: 1. measure how much organoïds responses to mudulations differ in F508del homozygous patients, 2. explore the causes underlying the differences, 3. whether a higher response in organoïds predicts a better clinical response.
