Ontwikkeling van micro-transfer-printing met sub-micron alignatienauwkeurigheid (ADMIRAL)

Micro-transfer-printing is a new massively parallel pick-and-place technology for heterogeneous integration of systems-on-chip that exploits advantages of area magnification and time- and cost-efficient device integration. We aim to demonstrate a very high alignment accuracy transfer printing scheme, enabling many high-performance applications.
