The spending by budget holders in the lowest category of the person-following budget (PVB) and the possibilities within directly accessible assistance (RTH) in combination with regular services

With this research we want to get clarity about the actual spending by budget holders in the lowest category of the person-following budgets (PVB). This analysis should enable the VAPH to be able to give substantiated advice about whether or not to guide the budget holders category 1 to care and support by RTH (Directly Accessible Assistance) services. The central question in this study is whether the RTH-nRTH limit is at the optimum level, or whether it is appropriate to extend the target audience of RTH services to (certain profiles within) the budget holders in the lowest category of PVB. This research must make clear whether the budget holders involved can meet their need for care and support that they now receive via the lowest category of PVB, also via RTH services, whether or not in combination with regular services.
